Mr Ullas Raghavan received his basic medical degree and postgraduate MS (ENT) degree in India. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow in 1999. He had his higher surgical training at Queen’s Medical Centre, University of Nottingham, Derby Royal Infirmary and Leicester Royal Infirmary, University of Leicester, UK. He received a Fellowship from the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery in 2004 and received advanced specialist training as a clinical fellow in Facial Plastic and Cosmetic surgery from renowned centers in France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and the US. Dr Raghavan has made numerous presentations in facial plastic surgery and has been a faculty member at many international workshops. He has published more than 35 peer-reviewed papers and written 2 chapters in the 7th edition of Scott Brown’s text book of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Since 2005, he has been working as an ENT Consultant with special interest in Facial Plastic Surgery at Doncaster and Bassettlaw Hospital, NHS Trust, UK. He is the founder Chairman of FRCSI(Facial Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeons India Trust ) He was instrumental in starting the National Facial Plastic Surgery cadaver dissection courses at Bangalore.

He obtained his MBBS and MS (ORL-HNS) from S V Medical College, Tirupati, India and DLO RCS (England), FRCS (Edinburgh), and FRCS (Ireland) while working in the UK. He had his higher surgical training in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Austria and Australia in the various subspecialties of Otolaryngology.Dr Vishnu Reddy worked for various National Health Services (NHS) Hospitals in the UK (1993-2003) and has published several papers in the international journals. He was Consultant Otolaryngologist at Staffordshire General Hospital, Stafford, England and at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen, Scotland. He has served as faculty at Dr A Mahadevaiah’s Micro Ear Surgery courses at Bangalore and Dr VP Sood’s International Advanced Rhinoplasty courses and FESS courses at Delhi since 2003. His special interests are Rhinoplasty, Micro Ear Surgery, Cochlear Implantation, Endoscopic Sinus and Image Guided Skull Base Surgery, Voice Surgery and Surgery for Snoring and OSAS. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery from University of Delhi, India in 1995. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Mr Uppal served a one-year fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery conducted by the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. He then completed the certification process of the International and European Boards of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He was awarded the Claus D. Walter Award for Academic Excellence by the International Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2012. He has also served a one-year fellowship in Advanced Rhinology and Endoscopic Anterior Skull Base Surgery conducted by the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Mr Uppal’s research and clinical interests have resulted in numerous publications in peer reviewed international journals as well as presentations at various international courses, workshops and conferences. He was awarded a PhD by the University of Leeds, UK in 2012. He is actively involved in teaching and examining undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. He serves as a Director on the Governing Council of Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

He serves as the Chief consultant at Fortis hospital ,Vikram hospital, Sagar hospital, Chord Road Hospital , Bangalore. He is a visting Consultant at NR Hospital, Kareem ENT hospital. He also serves as a Honorary Expert Consultant to the Indian Institute of Science. He is well known for his work on endoscopic and skull base surgeries, microscopic ear surgeries, endoscopic lacrimal surgeries, thyroid surgeries. His latest interests being Sleep and snoring surgeries, Cochlear implantation program. He has written various invited articles in the domain of otology and endoscopic sinus surgery. Dr. Vishwas K. Vijayadev has completed his graduation and post-graduation from prestigious institutes in Karnataka and intercollegiate DOHNS from Royal College of Surgeons of England , UK. He has received further training as a clinical fellow in the domain of facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in the United Kingdom under the auspices of Association of Commonwealth Universities, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS trust, United Kingdom. His area of special interests are are rhinoplasty , facial lipo transfer, blepharoplasty, facial reanimation surgery,,lip,cheek and chin augmentation, auricular reconstruction and other facial cosmetic procedures.He is a consultant Otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon based at Bangalore. He is the course coordinating faculty for the National facial plastic surgery course in Bangalore. He has presented his work on nasal aesthetics, facial trauma, local flaps on face, septal perforation repair, and cleft surgeries at various national and regional forums in the country.
